Returns and exchanges

Quality check will be conducted prior to packing. However, we accept returns in the unfortunate event where product(s) is found to be damaged or defective upon receiving the product(s). Product(s) must be in original condition, not used/ worn to be eligible for returns. Returns are to be informed and processed within 14 days from the shipment date.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Reach us at hellococosage@gmail.com with full name and order number

  2. Indicate reason(s) for return, accompanied with photos of damaged/ defective part

  3. Inform us your preferred option of return - replacement/ credit code (for your next purchase)

Shipping fees are borne by CocoSage only if product(s) is found to be defective/ damaged upon inspection.
